脚本逻辑清晰，即便只是有限的资源，叙事手法仍然比国内的主流纪录片强百倍
拍得过于平淡与温吞，有失BBC一贯的犀利与敏锐，但其摄影的掌控，仍有BBC的风格，独特的视角将穷街陋巷拍得很美。这样一部基调很向上的纪录片，只有第六集表现了现代史，且用词相当平缓与隐忍，竟然在网上也被删除。也是一奇。
竟然承认西藏是中国的一部分了！！！
大英腐国 总算不暗戳戳夹私货了 纯粹讲历史 关注的点稍奇怪 找各朝代如今在现实生活还留下什么 所以走街串巷居多 博物馆跑得比较少 又一股中国街上随便抓个人英语都666的幻觉 配的音乐还好 但配的影片都乱来的啊 讲明朝蹦出来个关二爷 讲康熙 背景是甄嬛传 去圆明园取景没提谁烧的 G点只有30秒
这里主要讲的还是汉文化下的中国历史。能遍访各地，找到曾经留下历史的印记，实属不易了。历史片段多用影视作品，例如甄嬛传等等···
说这部片粗浅偏见的人能不能扪心自问换做你拍西方历史有没有人家十分之一的客观独到
