看前几集还以为是那个新出的电视剧 心想怎么还刻意做成复古伪纪录片风格 没想到是个真纪录片讲的是真的故事 真是假作真时真亦假 因为是真实故事 所以最终也没有人知道真正发生了什么
前面几集几乎每集开头都令我惊呼：居然有这种事？纪录片本身也很有角度，剪辑得很好。
丈夫是写小说的，老婆死了以后马上想到找人跟着拍个故事，这就不是一般人能做到的。我能看到的唯一佐证他可能没杀人的是他子女的态度，但她们也不是没动摇过。其他的说法都是瞎扯。但检方确实也没有找到证据能证明他杀了人…我还是倾向认为他是凶手，至少不是好人。
作为纪录片，带有明显的偏向性，用了太多冗长的片段表现Mike一家父慈子孝，死者一家偏激又充满仇恨。但如果忽略事实真相，仅关注辩方律师见招拆招和强大的逻辑性，比很多律政剧都要好看。DA的素养被辩方律师秒成渣渣。

Fascinating case, though I’m not convinced that the first 8 episodes really conveyed the ‘problems with the American justice’. What happened with Deaver in the 2nd batch of episodes elevated this. Candace’s speech in E13 was the climax. The judge’s speech too. The documentary was so so but the case itself was too fascinating. I think he’s guilty.
